Privacy Policy

Personal information will not be sold or otherwise transferred to our business partners without your prior consent, except that we will disclose the information we collect to third parties when, in our good faith judgement, we are obligated to do so under applicable laws.

Billing

All billing and invoicing is handled via our automated billing system. Invoices will be automatically issued to your primary account contact, and copied in to any secondary contacts who have been opted in for invoicing emails. Please ensure all these email addresses are up to date and accurate. We also strongly suggest adding the adelaidehillsflorist.com.au domain to your safe senders list.

We accept Visa, Master Card credit cards payments. 

Substitutions

Flowers, gourmet foods, containers may vary according to regional or seasonal availability, or when they do not meet our quality standards. In some cases, substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfil your requirements.

Refunds and Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and us to be notified within 24 of receipt.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify  you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 – 10 days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us on 08 8398 3150 and we will give you instructions on how to proceed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Delivery Policy

 Delivery hours 9am – 5pm Monday – Sunday

Same day delivery  from Monday to Sunday is possible as long as the order is placed before 11am.

If your delivery is urgent please call the us on 08 8398 3150 for up-to-the-minute advice on delivery availability.

No Delivery on Public Holidays.

NOTE: We do not take any responsibility of goods left on premises as per instructions once they have been delivered.
